Angela reached out to us because she was doing an exterior remodel and her existing garage doors needed to go! She was looking for a more modern garage door to match the design aspects of the rest of the project. We were able to give Angela the curb appeal she was looking for by installing flush garage doors with a mosaic window design in the color Midnight Black. The Install of her new garage doors went exactly according to plan! We also replaced her garage door operators and installed a new keypad so the whole entry system can be trusted for years to come.
Roxy reached out looking for a garage door repair company because she tried to open her garage door and found that it only opened a few inches and then stopped. She wasn’t sure what the problem was but it’s something we see every day! We ended up providing same day garage door service and repaired the system. We installed springs, rollers, bearings and cables. Roxy was able to make it into work only having missed a couple hours.
Abel is a long-time customer and knew exactly who to call when his garage door was bound up. We replaced an extension spring and pulley and reset the forces and limits on his garage door operator.
Rob called in and said that his whole garage door was about to fall on his car! This is a claim we don’t hear every day, and we didn’t’ know what to expect. When we arrived, we found the customer to be correct, the original garage door install from over a decade ago was done incorrectly by a different company. The fastener that holds the horizontal track did not hit the stud inside the ceiling and the whole assembly was falling. We secured a new fastener into the stud and serviced the garage door and garage door operator.
Dustin called in and said his garage door kept reversing during down travel. We found multiple problems during the service and ended up replacing one garage door hinge, two garage door rollers, and a garage door strut to strengthen the door until Dustin is ready to buy a new garage door. We also aligned the garage door operator sensors.
Johns Liftmaster brand commercial garage door was unresponsive. After running through diagnostics, we found that the operator had a bad limit switch. We had an operable limit switch on the truck and were able to change it out right there on the spot and get the commercial overhead door operable again.
