Dale found our contact information when he googled “garage door repair near me”, and we were the top result! He gave us a story we’ve heard a million times; “my door will not open move than a few inches”. We explained to him that this is a common symptom of a broken garage door spring. When we arrived at his house our assumption was confirmed. Dale had a unique spring system called TMS+ which is made by Wayne Dalton, a garage door manufacturer in Ohio. We gave Dale the option of going back with the Wayne Dalton TMS spring or converting into a torsion spring to increase his cycle life.

Klaus’s business had old and outdated garage doors and operators. We were able to freshen up the look of his company by replacing his existing equipment. Under our advice Klaus chose Amarr brand insulated steel on steel garage doors, and Liftmaster garage door operators. We also replaced all of the perimeter weather seal to create a turnkey solution.

Marla initially called for garage door repair but when we showed up it was obvious that her doors were beyond repair. They were old wood garage doors, probably over 25 years old and had water damage on almost every section.
